Disappointment is guaranteed I get that. What I don’t understand is how people are able to live a life without a conscience. How can they be so relentless? It is inhumane, honestly. To be two-faced, a coward, and play it cool all at the same time is unbelievable. Forget the fact that it hurts my ego.. what it hurts the most is the idea of who they are.. who they really are.. and what I thought they were. What happened to originality or honesty? Do good-nature people no longer exist? People are unbelievably complicated and that will never change. What will change however, is they way I look at people. I know not all people are ‘assfaces’. What they are, are disappointments on a daily basis. It is just our job to suck it up and walk away.
